My Photography pricing is very straight forward and listed below….
Please note there may be a travel charge if the property is located more than 20 mins away from me. Please contact me and I can talk you through the travel charge then.
Smaller homes… all internal and external property photography for homes with up to 8 rooms and sites at or smaller than 0.5 acres of ground €300.-
Larger homes… all internal and external property photography for homes with up to 12 rooms and site up to 2 acres of ground €360.-
For larger properties please contact me directly and I will give you an exact tailor made quote for your property.
As usually for very large homes it’s worth capturing morning and late afternoon at the property to help the potential clients add your property to their wish list and take the time to pay it a visit.
Videography and Photography pricelist…
Smaller homes… all internal and external photography and videography for homes with up to 8 rooms and sites at or smaller than 0.5 acres of ground €450.-
Larger homes… all internal and external property photography for homes with up to 12 rooms and site up to 2 acres of ground €550.-
